I live in swindon!!!! Sam , 16 August Good afternoon, I didn't want to particularly make a complaint so publically however after trying to contact you on the above number and having no access to a person or an answer phone it feels as though i have no choice.

I am the Registered Manager of a residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Taunton and yesterday your guys were working directly outside the drive way to the house. I would not have minded so much if the guys had knocked on the door and explained what they were doing and how long they were going to be there but they didn't!

This caused quite a bit of anxiety with the people we support and i ended up lifting up the wires with one of the workmen high enough to let the cars drive under! I was really disappointed in the lack of communication especially from a communications company! I'm not sure what would have happened if we required an emergency service to attend as i am sure i couldn't have lifted the wires high enough to allow an ambulance or fire engine through!! Yesterday 21st of May there were two or three vans in Shaft Road and they were involved in putting the fibre cable into the BT ducting.

I believe there is a blockage and they are going to sort that out but I have to compliment all the people involved at the top of the pathway coming up from church into Shaft Road. We live adjoining. They were highly professional very efficient and I think it might have involved four people in all through the day.
